Debtors’ Prison

Even though society has long since eliminated debtors’ prison, many of us live our daily life in a prison of debt that we have constructed for ourselves. It might be the result of abusing credit cards, or perhaps taking on a mortgage that we really can’t afford. Often however extensive debt is a result of insufficient income, where people are forced to use credit to pay for monthly living expenses. Regardless of the reasons, if you live in a self constructed debtors’ prison it becomes very difficult to enjoy all that life has to offer. Anyone in this situation should consider alternatives and get out from under the burden of debt.
